For all Billys services, there is no time commitment except for the building management assignment to a third-party company, where there is a one-year commitment. The selection of our partners is done very carefully and with strict criteria. However, in the event that there is a complaint, Billys is committed to investigating the matter and proposing an alternative service provider if the issue is not resolved.

Third part building manager's liability insurance covers bodily injuries and property damage that may occur to third parties during the use of common areas of the building. It should be noted that third parties are considered to be the tenants of the building (owners, tenants), as well as any other individuals temporarily present in the common areas of the building.

Common or jointly owned areas typically include the entrance, the staircase, the elevator, hallways, the rooftop, central heating facilities, smokestacks, and the fronts of balconies.

Payment is made through bank transfer from the building's account, and the logging of expenses in the platform is done automatically.
