The selection of the cleaning services is done very carefully and with strict criteria. However, in the event of a complaint about a repair shop, Billys undertakes to investigate the case and propose an alternative repair shop if the problem is not resolved.

Each building has the following options
  • Self-management: The building manager or building management committee handle all the tasks related to the building, including payments to service providers and the issuance and collection of common expenses internally.
  • Service charges issuance service: The building manager or building management committee handle all tasks related to the building internally, but outsource the issuance and delivery of printed service charges to a third-party company. The payments collection is still done internally.
  • Assign building management to a third-party company: All tasks related to the building, including payments to service providers and the issuance and collection of service charges, are assigned to a third-party company.
You can use Billys to replace the service charges issuance service or as a  self-management tool or you can choose to assign building management externally to a building management company collaborating with Billys.

Given that the assignment is done to a reputable company, this effectively will relieve the internal building manager from time-consuming processes such as selecting and monitoring contractors, making payments on behalf of the building, and monitoring its finances. The only requirement is for the common areas to be legally declared and stated as such in the bylaws.
